2. Description of Service

Traseq provides a quantitative trading strategy building platform that allows users to create, backtest, and deploy trading strategies using a natural language interface. The Service includes access to historical market data, backtesting tools, and strategy execution capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Risk Disclosure

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Traseq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your trading strategies remain your intellectual property, but you grant us a license to process and execute them through our platform.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to manipulate markets, to engage in fraud, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Traseq shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
